How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Paying by bank transfer
If you would like to pay by bank transfer please get in touch and we can arrange. This is always ok as it saves me credit card fees!

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original artworks will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 3 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
If you are in Cornwall and would like to collect directly from me then of course you can, it is always lovely to welcome visitors to the studio!

Is Shipping included?
Yes, within the UK most artwork has shipping costs included within the overall price. If there are exceptions it will be clearly displayed on the artwork page.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, I can ship to most countries, however I would prefer to quote up to date shipping costs and with the Covid situation affecting shipping globally prices are fluctuating quite wildly. Therefore please message me if you are an International collector and I will obtain an up to date shipping quote. Obviously the artwork may take longer to reach your destination, not always though depending on the courier we choose. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

What about the dreaded Brexit?
I didn’t vote for it but it’s here to stay and unfortunately is causing all sorts of trouble with shipping to the EU. So at the moment I won’t be shipping to EU countries, sorry.

BUT – if there is something you have seen and love and are OK with the possible delays and fees charged at customs do please email me. We just don’t want surprises!

What if my painting arrives damaged?
